Teen Yoga Therapy
If you haven't been feeling happy for a while, or are feeling stressed or anxious, this can really help to put you back on track. I'm here to listen to what's going on, to explain what's happening from a mind, body and brain perspective. Emotional distress can lead to self harm, depression and eating disorders; therapeutic yoga gives you back control and purpose. Let's have a chat.

Safeguarding / Online Classes:

Staff, students and guests must wear suitable clothing, as should anyone else in the household

Any computers used should be in appropriate areas. Staff must ensure that no inappropriate objects or information is visible during live lessons

Live classes are recorded so that if any issues were to arise, the video can be reviewed

Language must be professional and appropriate, including any family members in the background
